How I can help
Therapy can help you make sense of what your mind and body have been carrying—then build a steadier, more workable way forward.
A steady, compassionate space to understand what happened, how it still shows up, and what healing can look like now.
Practical, evidence-based support for worry, overwhelm, overthinking, and the patterns that keep your nervous system on alert.
Thoughtful care for depression and shifting moods, grounded in your lived experience rather than a one-size-fits-all plan.
An integrated mind-body approach to the emotional strain, stress cycles, and life changes that can accompany persistent pain.
Why Anchor & Sail?
Ground yourself in strength, self-awareness, and the skills that help you feel steadier when life gets rough.
Make room for growth, change, and the courage to move toward the life you want to inhabit.
Therapy helps you find the balance: anchored enough to feel safe, and free enough to move forward.

I'm Chris, a licensed therapist and Nevada Approved Primary Supervisor for CPCs and MFTs.
My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, neuroscience, and a deep understanding of the connection between emotional and physical pain. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and capable of making meaningful change.
Together, we can make sense of complex emotional experiences, build resilience, and reconnect you with a greater sense of peace and direction.
